Can i import more Points
of interest? Yes you can. Files in
Navigon, TomTom or MapMonkey/KML (accident points)
format are supported.

How can i export POIs to
navigation-software? For software from
Navigon, Navigator, GarminMobilePC, RC-Win
Go over the menu "POI" -> "Settings..."
Now select which POIs you want to export,
with the check by "Nav-Software Update".
Then click to "Export". |

Where can i download more
Openstreetmaps? Other maps in OSM (OpenStreetMap) format
can be imported.
1. Download OSM file (ending: osm.bz2):
Geofabrik or
Cloudmade
2.
Extract *.osm.bz2 to *.osm before import. (Unzip)
3.
Go over the menu "Map" -> "Import..." and
select the file.
Small maps can be directly imported.
Open the map view, select the desired
section and click on "Download Map" (OSM
vector map). |

Which operating systems are supported?
The program was tested under Windows
98+2000+XP+Vista+Windows7
Note to 64bit
The virtual port in ShowGPS and Splitters
(XPort2/XPort3) are not running under 64bit.
(It does not run on PocketPCs/PDAs etc.) |

Which GPS receivers are supported?
A NMEA protocol GPS receiver with serial
port drivers installed (COM) as well as
USB/Bluetooth receivers. TMC receivers
(GNS/Navilock) are also supported. |

Which chip sets can be programmed?
The SIRF chip set and special Evermore
receivers. (for example LACT/Haicom)) |

Can I use a license on several PCs?
No. Your license will only work on the
system from which you have requested the
license.
If you have several computers, you may
purchase additional licenses for 5 Euro.
When ordering, mark the option "I have a
license and would like another" |

What if I reinstall my operating
system on my computer? If you have a
license, and decide to install a new
operating system, use your old license file.
When you get an error register again and
select "I already have a license" |
